Mind is a leading mental health charity. We offer expertise in sharing and disseminating information and training on mental health and wellbeing.

Our training draws directly on the knowledge of people that have experienced mental distress, the expertise of mental health professionals and on community based input. Together, we identify gaps in knowledge or awareness and work to fill them. Participants evaluate courses and input into further development.

Our approach is participatory and collaborative. Course material is explored through a combination of information provision, exercises, group discussion and scenarios. We offer a diverse and varied learning experience.
