People with mental health needs experience unique obstacles in obtaining specialist mental health advice and information. They may find mainstream advisory services too daunting or difficult to use.
Feedback tells us that access to information about rights, services and mental health issues can increase peoples’ sense of empowerment and support paths to recovery – reducing exclusion and isolation.
We hold the Community Legal Services Quality Mark to provide a range of information and legal advice services and meet quality standards set by the Legal Services Commission.
We are externally audited by the Legal Services Commission, which has awarded us the Quality Mark for 'General help with casework'.
