Making an appointment

If you would like to see our Benefits Advisor, you need to make an appointment by either leaving a message on 772643 or emailing benefits@mindcharity.co.uk.

The benefits advisor will call you back, within a week. She can then either help you with your query over the phone or by email, or if you need to see her, she will book you in for an appointment if appropriate.

The service is very busy so you are advised to book as early as you can.

Please note that appointments for help to complete Disability Living Allowance forms are in particularly high demand and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to get an appointment with our worker.

We do not share information with other agencies without your permission unless you or someone else is at risk.

Service Opening Hours
The Welfare Benefits worker offers appointments at the following venues:

Day Venue
Monday Aldrington House Day Centre, Hove
Tuesday East Brighton CMHC
Thursday Mill View Hospital, Hove
Friday Buckingham Road CMHC, Brighton

Project Funding
The Welfare Benefits service is funded by Brighton and Hove Primary Care Trust.
