The Centre for Ecotherapy offers a therapeutic gardening group and provides support for vulnerable people in the local community, aiming to improve and maintain well-¬being through the use of nature-based and horticultural therapies, mindfulness and practical activities.
It is a service for people experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues, with or without support/care workers. Located at Stanmer Park on the outskirts of Brighton, it allows you to help with a range of outdoor gardening projects. People can do as much or as little work as they feel able to.Find out more »
