Mind in Brighton and Hove and Moulsecoomb Forest Garden are excited to announce a new series of regular sessions focused on conversation and therapeutic activities – and refreshments! – in a welcoming outdoor space, to support mental health and wellbeing.
The Connecting in Nature sessions will run for 2 hours in the afternoon and aim to enhance the mental health and wellbeing of participants through socialising, engaging in conversation and therapeutic activities, whilst enjoying the benefits of being in a welcoming and supported outdoor space.
Open to all, however please get in touch book a place! Participants are welcome to book on to as many or few of the sessions as they would like.
