Mental Health Awareness Week 2017: Building Resilience Article

Mental Health Awareness Week takes place between 8th and 14th May. The Mental Health Foundation’s focus this year is ‘Surviving or Thriving’. The aim is to draw attention to the ways in which the demands of everyday life can undermine our capacity to stay mentally well.

To help raise awareness we have an new article looking at ways to help build and support your levels of resilience and some support and services available in the city.
