The week will inspire a range of events up and down the country to raise awareness of mental health and promote ways to develop mental wellbeing, focusing on the theme of resilience.
For Mental Heath Awareness Week 2017 Mind in Brighton and Hove will be in Churchill Square exploring this years theme of resilience at the exciting Building Bricks Event.
Mind in Brighton and Hove will be on hand to have positive conversations around mental health and provide support and advice on services available across the city. This is a free event and all are welcome!
The event takes place at Churchill Square shopping centre from Thursday 11th – Saturday 14th May, 11.00am – 4.00pm.
