Mind in Brighton and Hove empowers and supports people who have experience of mental health issues in Brighton and Hove and across Sussex. Established in 1971, we are affiliated to but independent from the national charity Mind. We have revenue of circa £1.8m and employee over 50 staff.
We are expanding our senior management team and seeking to appoint an Operations Director. Reporting to the CEO you will part of the Senior Management Team. The post is responsible for the leadership and development of Service Managers, administration and facilities functions and the delivery and development of services.
The post will also support the CEO and Deputy CEO with the strategic and operational development of Mind in Brighton and Hove.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the next phase of development of Mind in Brighton and Hove as we approach our 50th year.
The successful applicant will be an experienced manager with a track record of developing and managing high quality services and support functions and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. You will understand the specific needs of people with mental health issues and share Mind in Brighton and Hove’s values.
