Saturday 10 October is World Mental Health Day.
This year the occasion is being used around the world to raise the profile of mental health. More than ever we need to look after our mental health and the mental health of people around us. For many people their mental health has deteriorated during the pandemic, some people will have become unwell for the first time during the pandemic.
The Information and Tips sheets that we have been producing since April have got lots of information about things you can do to look after you wellbeing – check them out and share them with your colleagues, friends and families.
We are encouraging people in the run up to World Mental Health Day to do one thing to improve their mental health or the mental health of people around them.
We’d love to hear what you have done or are planning to do and you can post your mental health goals on our virtual pledge wall which will be live from 5 October. For more details see the WMDH page at: www.mindcharity.co.uk/wmhd
Go on, #DoOneThing for better mental health and tell us about it!
