Mental Health Awareness Week 14th to 20th May

Rest. Laugh. Make. Join us at our welcoming de stress space from 10am to 4pm on Wednesday 16th May on The Level, Brighton. Relax with a herbal tea and chat, therapy dogs, make your own bath salts, join in the laughter yoga sessions and more…all for FREE 🙂
