Wellbeing in the City

Wellbeing in the City is Mind in Brighton and Hove’s health promotion project. We facilitate free workshops, outreach, activities and events to promote good mental health and wellbeing across the city.

  • We deliver interactive wellbeing talks, pop up information and outreach stalls that can be tailored to your needs

  • We deliver bespoke wellbeing workshops and can deliver in conjunction with other projects

  • We run stalls at community events

  • We organise annual City Wide events for Time to talk Day, Mental Health Awareness Week and World Mental Health Day
