Working in Partnership
Mind in Brighton and Hove is committed to establishing and maintaining positive partnerships to improve services for our clients.
Our current partnerships include:
Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service
Brighton & Hove Wellbeing Service is a community based Talking Therapies service for children, young people and adults with mild to moderate mental health needs including depression and anxiety. It is a primary care led NHS treatment service integrating different specialist workers across the city. It offers a range of short term treatment and interventions including online CBT, counselling, face to face and telephone CBT and taking therapies and a range of wellbeing and therapeutic group work for all ages.
We provide an Employment Advice Service which offers a range of employment-based support, information and advice on job seeking, job retention and work placement for people receiving treatment within the Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service. All referrals come directly through the Wellbeing Service.
The Sussex Advocacy Partnership
Sussex Advocacy is a partnership of six organisations, led by The Advocacy People, bringing their combined expertise and experience to people who find themselves in need of an advocate, some one who will listen to their wishes, someone who will speak up on their behalf, across Sussex. As part of this partnership, Mind in Brighton & Hove provides Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) and Community Mental Health Advocacy for the people of Brighton & Hove and West Sussex.
