Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service

Brighton & Hove Wellbeing Service is a community based Talking Therapies service for children, young people and adults with mild to moderate mental health needs including depression and anxiety. It is a primary care led NHS treatment service integrating different specialist workers across the city. It offers a range of short term treatment and interventions including online CBT, counselling, face to face and telephone CBT and taking therapies and a range of wellbeing and therapeutic group work for all ages.

We provide an Employment Advice Service which offers a range of employment-based support, information and advice on job seeking, job retention and work placement for people receiving treatment within the Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service. All referrals come directly through the Wellbeing Service.

Lighthouse Recovery Support Service

Lighthouse Recovery Support is an intensive treatment service for people with a diagnosis of personality disorder. The service provides a range of therapeutic interventions, ranging from intensive psychological therapies, art therapies and occupational therapy, to general support, advice and information and activity groups both at the centre and community-based. The service is delivered in partnership with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Southdown. Mind in Brighton and Hove delivering a programme of community activities and peer support alongside the Trust’s clinical programme.

 

Pathfinder
West Sussex

Through Pathfinder West Sussex we are linked to a network of mental health support hubs and services provided across West Sussex. Pathfinder West Sussex is an alliance of organisations working together to enable people with mental health support needs, and their carers, to improve their mental health and wellbeing.  Pathfinder West Sussex includes the following organisations:

Brighton Housing TrustCapital, Coastal West Sussex Mind, Rethink,  Richmond Fellowship, Southdown, Stonepillow, Sussex Partnership Foundation NHS Trust, & United Response.

The Sussex Advocacy Partnership

The Sussex Advocacy Partnership brings together specialist advocacy providers to deliver an integrated advocacy service across Brighton and Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex. As part of this partnership, Mind in Brighton & Hove provides Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) and Community Mental Health Advocacy for the people of Brighton & Hove.
