International Stress Awareness Week is a major annual campaign to increase public awareness of stress, its impact, and the importance of mental health and wellbeing. The Week brings together employers, wellbeing practitioners, policymakers, educators, and communities in a shared commitment to healthier, more supportive ways of working and living.
This year’s theme explores the future of wellbeing in a changing world: “Shaping the Future of Stress and Wellbeing: Rehumanising the Workplace.”
International Stress Awareness Week was established by ISMAUK on the 25th anniversary of Stress Awareness Day, expanding the campaign’s reach and creating a global platform for awareness and action. www.isma.org.uk/
To mark this year’s International Stress Awareness Week, we are running our Stress Toolkit Workshop on Thursday 5th November. The course will focus on supporting people to understand the impact of stress on their wellbeing and exploring short and long-term strategies to help manage it better.
Demand for the course has been incredibly positive, and the current course is full. If you are interested in attending a course or having us deliver a course in your organisation or workplace please do get in touch.
