Helplines Awareness Day 23rd February 2024

Helplines Awareness Day 23rd February 2024

Like secret superheroes, helplines are supporting people day and night to help them through the most difficult of times. Their work may often go unseen, but the impact they have is clear to all who come into contact with them. That’s why we are raising awareness and supporting this important day by helping to shared information and help increase access to these valuable services.

For many people helplines can offer an alternative type of support from attending physical services. Many helplines operate when other services are closed and can be accessed during the evening, weekends or during the night.

To find out more information about the Campaign and information about the wide range of national helplines please go to Helpline directory list Find a Helpline (helplines.org)

If you live in Brighton and Hove and would like to access advice and find out information to support your mental health, you can also contact our Mental Health Advice and Information Service on 01273 666950 or email us on info@mindcharity.co.uk.
