Self Care Week 17th-23rd November

National Self-Care Week is the UK-wide annual awareness week that focuses on raising awareness on self-care. The overarching theme is “Mind and Body” and the aim is to raise awareness and remind people of the importance of self-care in maintaining a healthier life.
