Service Manager – Community Mental Health Advocacy
21 or 28 hours per week
Salary: £37,292 per annum (pro rata). Actual salary £22,375 (0.6 FTE) or £29,834 (0.8 FTE)
Mind in Brighton and Hove empowers and supports people who have experience of mental health issues in Brighton and Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex. Our Advocacy Services take action to help people say what they want, secure their rights, represent their interests, and obtain services they need.
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic manager to support, develop and manage staff delivering high quality mental health advocacy services and ensure services reflect best practice. You will work closely with other agencies, delivering services in partnership and identify opportunities for service development.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of and commitment to advocacy services and experience of managing and delivering mental health services with a strong client focus.
