‍Stress ToolKit Workshop 5th November 10.00-1.00pm

To mark this years National Stress Awareness Day we will be running our Stress ToolKit Workshop again. National Stress Awareness Day, is observed in the first week of November, and it serves as a gentle reminder to slow down, breathe, and reflect on how stress affects both our minds and bodies.

Stress is our bodies natural reaction to pressure, challenges, or life changes. In small doses, it can help us stay alert, focused, and even boost immunity temporarily.

However, prolonged stress can affect our mental and physical health, and recognising triggers and practising stress management can be key to maintaining wellbeing.

This free practical and workshop will:

  • Explore how stress works and its impact on you

  • Look at what affects our capacity to manage stress

  • Explore short and long term strategies that can help

  • Support you in starting to build your own stress toolkit.

The workshop will be held on Thursday 5th November at 10.00am - 1.00pm at Community Base, Queens Roads Road Brighton. It is free to attend but places are limited so booking is essential.

For more information and to book a place please go to our Eventbrite page https://rb.gy/2a2laa,
