Time to Talk Day Roadshow : 5th February 2026
It's the nation's biggest mental health conversation.
Mind in Brighton and Hove in partnership with Brighton & Hove Buses is on the move to raise awareness on Time to Talk Day and the importance of talking about mental health.
Having open conversations can be the first step towards better mental health for us all. It can reduce stigma and help people to feel comfortable enough to seek help when they need it.
There’s no right or wrong way to start a conversation or check in with someone. You can call or text a friend, chat over a cuppa, share a walk, post something on social media – there are lots of ways we can start a conversation. For more information go to www.mind.org.uk/get-involved/time-to-talk-day
We will be travelling around the city by bus on Time to Talk Day stopping in East Brighton and across Brighton and Hove to give out free wellbeing resources, and sharing tips on how to start a conversation. Our Mental Health Advice team will be on hand to chat and provide information on how to look after your own or someone you care for mental health.
We will be stopping at the following places so look out for the bus and come and have a chat.
10.00 – 11.00 Whitehawk (opposite bus deport)
11.30 – 1.00 Churchill Square
1.30 – 3.00 Hove Town Hall
