Have your say about local health services

Healthwatch Brighton and Hove works to improve health and social care services, they are independent of the NHS and council.

They have set up this survey to hear your views on, and experiences of, health services (including GPs) and what types of health support you care about.

They will use the feedback received to look at ways in which they can help people to best use services when they need to and to help influence service providers to make any proposed changes or improvements.

This survey is open to everyone and is inclusive and respectful of diverse identities. They are also in the process of developing an easy read version of the survey; if you would like to learn more about this, please get in touch with them using the details below.

The survey is composed of 17 questions, with a further eight 'about you' which are optional. The entire survey should take around five to ten minutes to complete.

At the end of the survey, there is an opportunity to enter a prize draw to win one of two £25 High-Street vouchers.

They are also interested in hearing more about your views by phone or online conversation once you have completed the survey. This is completely voluntary and more details about this towards the end of the survey if you are interested in speaking directly with them
